What you’ll do
- Own onboarding: build customers’ first agentic workflows with them.
- Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across accounts.
- Be the voice of the customer back to product.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in CS or account management at a B2B SaaS company.
- Technical enough to design workflows; commercial enough to grow accounts.
- Calm, organized, and customer-obsessed.
