What you’ll do

  • Own onboarding: build customers’ first agentic workflows with them.
  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across accounts.
  • Be the voice of the customer back to product.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in CS or account management at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Technical enough to design workflows; commercial enough to grow accounts.
  • Calm, organized, and customer-obsessed.
