The role

As Enterprise Account Executive for Europe, you will own complex sales cycles with large enterprises in France and across Europe end to end. You will work closely with the founders to adapt sales strategy, positioning, and offers to the realities of the European market. This role is for an experienced seller comfortable with consultative selling, long cycles, and environments with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline across France and Europe
  • Lead strategic conversations with senior decision-makers: CMOs, marketing, digital, innovation, and IT leadership
  • Navigate complex decision processes (multiple stakeholders, procurement, legal)
  • Work with the founders on sales strategy, pricing, and market positioning
  • Collaborate with product and customer success to ensure successful implementations and grow accounts
  • Identify long-term expansion opportunities within customer accounts
  • Help formalize the sales playbook for European enterprise accounts

What we’re looking for

  • Seven or more years of B2B SaaS sales experience, primarily with large accounts
  • Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals
  • Experience in MarTech, AI, automation, or enterprise software is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of European buying cycles and procurement processes
  • Ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
  • Fluent French and English (spoken and written)
  • Based in France — Paris or a major tech hub
  • Autonomous, structured, entrepreneurial
  • Comfortable in a fast-growing technology company
