Senior B2B SaaS Account Executive

Own enterprise revenue at a category-defining moment. Lead complex sales cycles from first conversation to close and scale our enterprise footprint across Canada and the U.S.

About Draft & Goal

Draft & Goal is an AI-powered enterprise automation platform that helps organizations transform how they scale marketing, content, and operational workflows through agentic AI and intelligent automation. We partner with enterprise and high-growth companies across North America to replace fragmented MarTech stacks and manual processes with end-to-end, AI-driven workflows that deliver measurable ROI. Backed by leading investors and trusted by major brands, Draft & Goal is entering a critical growth phase, and we’re building the senior sales team to match.

Why this role, why now

Enterprise buyers are no longer experimenting with AI. They are actively consolidating budgets toward solutions that deliver automation, efficiency, and scale. Draft & Goal sits at the center of this shift:

  • Enterprise-ready AI automation, not surface-level AI features
  • Clear, immediate business impact for marketing and content teams
  • Strong inbound and outbound momentum driven by real market demand

This is a rare opportunity to own enterprise revenue during a category-defining moment, not to sell incremental features in an over-crowded MarTech stack.

The role

As Senior B2B SaaS Account Executive, you will lead complex enterprise sales cycles from first conversation to close. You’ll work closely with founders, product, and marketing to scale Draft & Goal’s enterprise footprint across Canada and the U.S. This role is ideal for a senior seller who has closed high-value, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals and wants meaningful ownership, visibility, and upside.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Sell AI automation solutions to enterprise and upper mid-market clients
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across Canada and the U.S.
  • Lead executive-level conversations with CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Digital, Innovation, and IT
  • Partner with founders on deal strategy, pricing, and positioning
  • Collaborate with product and customer success to ensure strong onboarding and expansion
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts
  • Help shape Draft & Goal’s enterprise sales playbook and GTM strategy

What we’re looking for

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong enterprise focus
  • Proven track record closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Experience selling MarTech, AI, automation, or enterprise software (strongly preferred)
  • Deep understanding of long sales cycles, procurement, and enterprise decision-making
  • Comfortable selling to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Based in Montreal (hybrid environment)
  • Strong executive presence, autonomy, and a strategic mindset
  • Startup or scale-up experience is a strong plus

Compensation & growth

We offer a senior-level, market-aligned compensation package designed to reward performance and long-term impact.

  • Competitive base salary aligned with senior enterprise SaaS roles
  • Variable compensation with realistic, enterprise-grade quotas
  • Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) aligned with top MarTech and enterprise SaaS roles
  • Commission structure designed for high-value, complex deals
  • Potential equity or long-term incentives for top performers
  • Flexible hybrid work environment

Career opportunity

This role is designed for someone who wants more than just quota:

  • Evolution of the role as the company scales
  • Direct influence on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning
  • High visibility with leadership, investors, and enterprise clients
  • Long-term upside in a rapidly expanding AI automation market

Why Draft & Goal

  • A high-growth AI company at the intersection of enterprise automation and MarTech
  • Real AI, real automation, real impact, not hype
  • Ownership, autonomy, and influence
  • A defining role at the right moment in the AI adoption curve
