The new office brings our team closer to the European enterprises already running marketing workflows on the platform — and to the talent building the next generation of agentic systems.\n\n## Why Paris#\n\nEurope is home to a fast-growing share of our customer base, from energy and retail to logistics. A local presence means faster onboarding, support in regional time zones, and tighter collaboration with the data-protection and security teams that enterprise deployments depend on.\n\n## What’s next#\n\n- Customer success on the ground for European accounts, in-region and in-language.\n\n- Engineering and AI talent joining the team to expand the platform’s capabilities.\n\n- Closer ties to the European AI ecosystem, where governed, model-agnostic automation is increasingly a procurement requirement.\n\nWe’re hiring across both hubs.
