The alignment formalizes the controls we already build the platform around: governed agents, transparent decision-making, and human accountability at every step.\n\n## What ISO 42001 covers#\n\nISO 42001 sets out requirements for an AI Management System (AIMS) — the policies, risk assessments, and operational controls an organization uses to deploy AI safely. It spans data governance, model oversight, impact assessment, and continuous monitoring.\n\n## What it means for customers#\n\n- Governance by default. Every agent action is scoped, logged, and reversible — the same principles ISO 42001 asks organizations to demonstrate.\n\n- Documented risk management. We conduct impact assessments for high-risk processing and maintain a clear chain of accountability for automated decisions.\n\n- A foundation for compliance.
